Home visit

A sympathetic member of staff will then arrange for an agent to call at your home to guide you through the claims process

What you’ll need

You’ll need an original copy of the death certificate and the policy documents. Please try to have these available when the agent calls, as this will speed up the process

Claim is processed

We’ll try to process your claim within three working days. If you need an immediate deposit for the funeral director, please mention this and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you
